The Den brings a sense of unity and revival to the Downtown Houston area. The central lobby utilizes biophilic design, bringing a calming sense of nature into this complex. Apartment interiors feature bright light and inspiring modern materials with a dash of retro flare. The retail spaces are centrally located, giving a thriving social aspect to residents and visitors. The project aims to achieve a LEED Silver Certification by implementing a variety of sustainable practices relating to energy and atmosphere, indoor environmental air quality, material and resources, and water efficiency.
